Health, energy, and success — simplified.

 

I grew up in Sydney in a big Lebanese family where health was often misunderstood. I watched loved ones lose their vitality — and sometimes their lives — to preventable health issues. My parents put me into sport early to protect me from the same path, and that decision changed everything.

Years later, as a qualified personal trainer, my own health was tested when I was diagnosed with an autoimmune thyroid condition. At my lowest, I was exhausted, frustrated, and completely disconnected from my body.

Rebuilding my health through strength training, nutrition, and lifestyle became my turning point — and taught me something most people learn too late:

Success means nothing if you don’t have the energy to live it.

 

My Mission

Today, I help busy professionals build strong, lean, high-energy bodies.

My approach goes beyond calories and quick fixes. It’s a proven system that combines:

  • Strategic strength training
  • Precision nutrition
  • Sustainable performance habits

Having rebuilt my own health from the ground up, I understand what it feels like to be stuck in low energy. That’s why my coaching isn’t built on punishment or extremes.

It’s built on precision, structure, and sustainability.

Beyond the gym

Outside the gym, you’ll usually find me at the beach, on a surfboard, dancing with friends, playing tennis, or spending time with family.
